Every time I see a large person, I immediately think "cabal food". I just can't help it, because I know they've eaten too many bag meals. To many they are quick & easy, if they only knew "easy isn't healthy"!!

Yep blows my mind, still sourcing food and eating real food and big meals here, not big at all.....born in 69, I don't like that processed soft kill bs they call food.

Me either, cook as much as I can from scratch, I soak everything even organic veggies and such.

Absolutely! You find local sources, like cattle men, etc. And this makes me at least for now, glad I am out in the sticks. Though even Atlanta and bigger cities have some mighty fine farmers markets.

We have them also as we are a rural community in the Shenandoah Valley Mountains of Virginia. Such beautiful country. I would love for you to visit sometime! Lots of history here too and caverns! New Market Battlefield, Battle of Cedar Creek, most have plantation houses too!
