I believe he was FBI, his grandmother was CIA and ran dirty money as a top banker in Hawaii. His "mom" was working for CIA raising him and also Indonesia work.

These claims have been around for years and years and I've never heard anything to the contrary. There's no doubt in my mind that Barry was groomed and installed like all the rest.
