The picture on the bottom showing the 'eyebrow bone' is certainly not conclusive... just saying.
It indicates the shape of the skull.
Female has a smoother rise from the eyebrow to the top of the head.
Males have a more angular shape.
Indeed, males are more angular.
But there can be anomalies.
Some women have broad shoulders, for example.
Depends on ancestry in some cases.

Yeah sure... However, I know of many true males who have a skull shaped more like the female 'example' above and vise versa, and as you pointed out the same applies with other areas of the body bone structure, which is why I find many (but not all by any means) of these example diagram somewhat misleading.
