In this new rule they now require you to exclusively sign with an agent just to be shown a house. We've been looking at homes for 2 years now and I haven't found 1 agent that's worth signing with. These agents are lazy, they expect you to do their work. I used to work for an old school agent who actually worked hard at finding a home for his clients. Where I live now, that type of agent doesn't exist. I refuse to be held hostage to just view a home, by all these bad agents. Do a better job people!!!
