They do. It's called the 14th floor. The floors go from 11, 12, 14., 15.
13 is considered "unlucky" but that's so we won't take advantage of its power. It IS lucky. We avoid it, the dark side uses it.
My house is number' 13, I was born on the 13th and I have 13 steps in my vry little 2 story house to name just afew 13s in my life..😜
