In the Midwest, watching the corn and soy poison us all, really up-close-like now.
Beats me. I wonder the same thing, reading all ingredients. Shopping is difficult pricewise, much less awareness of ingredients.
Facts that is why I started canning so much and sourcing......and for folks with no garden proved for them you can buy from farmers markets in bulk, truly organic, and can.
I see a lot of vids and stuff where women are like it was HARD work, lol BS all ya gotta do is prep and if you get an electric one, easy AF.
