What would you make with these? Next year we will fertilize them more and put some sugar down to sweeten them! They are a little bitter! More still on the vine too!

These grapes are new to us, I must try to find out more about them. I did not plant them. They might be a wine variety but I have no idea. They were bitter though and so sugar was used to sweeten them for grape juice. I really don't know much about grapes.
