I have been taking it sporadically for the last 2-3 weeks. I am ordering more and going to try fenben as well. I have essential oils that I am applying to the spot as well. There is a place a couple of hours away that has the EESystem that I'm going to visit as well. I have a Rife machine that I am running programs on too.
