Seen talk of a market crash.... well if it happens each of the 3 major markets have 3 "circuit breakers" if they fall below a certain percentage; this was put in place after the '87 crash.

Dow: losses of
(L1) 10%,
(L2) 20%, and
(L3) 30%

Nasdaq and S&P:
7, 13 and 20%

Levels 1 & 2: trading is halted for 15 minuets
Level 3: trading is halted for the day
