I listened to this.... I have a couple of comments.

Hawley is correct in his statements, but they are aimed at the person who is able to provide much more information had he not been so emotional.
There are a few times that I noticed, agenda and individuals could have been exposed, had he taken another route.
He has much to say, but simple is best.
But to be fair, if I were in a team, he would have laid the foundation/bait and the pieces would have been picked up later on, by the one waiting with the hook.
Hawley seems to be the tag-team type, who sets up position for questions later on, by intelligence, coincidence or ignorance is not clear.
this opportunity loss/gain depends on .2 I suppose, I only have this clip to go on.
This is why he needs to 'grow' before becoming 'more'

Get him a 2.

He need to be taught how to read people.
