Some checking and I find that Reuters claims this is altered. With all the crazy stuff happening, it seemed to fit right in.

The playbook they have used is to destroy existing culture.
We are seeing "replacement" in action. Some similarity to how Russia was hit in the early 1900s by the Bolsheviks. This lead to communist Russia and later the Soviet Union.
