CLICK BAIT!!!

That's not what the ruling said at all!
It said the clinic that did the actual vaccination of a student by mistake could not be sued because it was protected under the PREP Act which gives immunity to health care providers with regard to vaccinations.
For clarity this case was about a child that was vaccinated by mistake and if the involved parties could be sued, it was NOT about weather the school could force students to be vaccinated.

The Peoples Voice and Real Raw News are full of misleading and outrageous statements and cannot be taken as being factual information.

True. But it will now embolden the schools to make more 'mistakes' because they are immune to penalty.

It makes my blood boil that schools bring vaccinators into the building. Schools are supposed to teach, not provide unwanted healthcare. Its part of the normalization program. It started with scoliosis checks and PE physicals.

This is nothing new. When I was in elementary school in the 1950's they had Vaccination Day before the first day of school and doctors and nurses came to the school and vaccinated the students on campus.
This was a service provided so the parents didn't have to incur undue doctor visits expenses as the vaccines were free of charge.
Repealing the PREP act is the solution and that is where we need to focus our intention.
