It has come to my attention that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) was formed as a Private Trust in Puerto Rico and in addition that the 16th Amendment was never properly Ratified (passed by only by two States), and since "fraud vitiates everything" per 98 US 61 Supreme Court 1878, United States v. Throckmorton, I kindly and respectfully request that your foreign-owned agency issue a full and complete refund of all income taxes paid by me during my lifetime, including payroll taxes paid from any and all of my corporations, LLCs and sole-proprieterships, past and present, along with whatever penalties and interest might be due, to my personal bank account the information for which you already have on file.
