Throckmorton, I kindly and respectfully request that your foreign-owned agency issue a full and complete refund of all income taxes paid by me during my lifetime, including payroll taxes paid from any and all of my corporations, LLCs and sole-proprieterships, past and present, along with whatever penalties and interest might be due, to my personal bank account the information for which you already have on file.
