Why did James Clapper (DNI) and Loretta Lynch (AG) sign an amendment to EO 12333 just after President Trump was elected in November 2016❓

In short - the Intelligence Agencies had spied on Candidate Trump illegally.

As such the Deep State had to hurriedly change the rules after committing their crimes.

Thus they reworked Section 2.3 to allow Raw Signals Intelligence Collection by the NSA.

They then Classified it until 31st December 2041❗️

Trouble is President Trump found out and Declassified it in 2019 (22 years early)❗️
