CASHEW CHEESE

This stuff is awesome on crackers, in sandwiches, in cooking, on pizzas and as a PASTA SAUCE! It's so versatile!

Soak 200g raw cashew nuts for 24 hours.
Drain and blend in a high speed blender with 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast, 1 tsp turmeric powder, pinch paprika, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 squeezed lemon and seasoning to taste.

You will need to add enough water to just get a, spin going (usually about 1/2 cup)
Make sure you blend until very smooth.
For a harder setting cheeses you can add a couple of tbsp coconut oil. Voila!
