HAVE NOT POSTED MUCH LATELY. MY SCREEN DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY. HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RESOLVE. BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THE PUBLISH BUTTON DOESN'T APPEAR.

Seems to me I had a similar problem at one time, but I think I rebooted and allowed updates and it was ok- cant remember exactly, but I know it was a fairly easy fix- hope you can work it out soon
