the guy was shooting 62 grain full metal jacket bullets which do NOT expand. 5.56 and .223 are the same exact bullet. A 5.56 round may, MAY, have higher case pressures but the velocity is practically the same. Trumps ear lobe would react the same way as a thin piece of card board....a small round hole.
