Photographer Brownie Harris shares stories about John's photo session. It's interesting that he mentions he was surprised that John was wearing cowboy boots. And then doubly interesting is remembering that the man with his back to us on the beach (pic from a tribute magazine a few years ago, the one with the quote about finding out who killed his father) was wearing cowboy boots. It doesn't come up that often, but it is ... interesting.
