How did no one see a shooter on the roof?
Sebastian Gorka is talking about this now. He said the Secret Service failed -- "an utter, complete failure" -- that because of what happened to JFK, their eyes should've included being on nearby roofs. That just seems like common sense to me. Inexcusable.
