They have been spending gobbs of money to restore DC. all the buildings that were emptied are getting renovated. The white house..same thing. You people are stuck in the matrix....Rods of God... i have seen that they ARE IN FACT being restored. for example...The IRS building is all being redone....now landscaping has been put down. IT is in fact being restored. you have no clue what you are talking about.
