After Tennessee passed a law banning geoengineering and the practice of intentionally modifying the atmosphere to counteract global warming, other states are planning to introduce similar legislation.
The following states:
1. Kentucky
2. New Hampshire
3. Minnesota
4. Rhode Island
5. Pennsylvania
6. South Dakota
Kentucky already outlawed it. We have beautiful clear skies , like when we were kids.

Praise the Lord !!! They were criss crossing the sky in PA during the eclipse. I thought how bold to do this while everyone is watching the sky.
