Hey, all of you who heard my rants over the years with the courts here in Mesa County and my repeat appearances for this that or the other over that time. And my most recent rants about the malicious prosecution they keep subjecting me to here.
I won. I went up against the district prosecutor head to head in a stretched out all fucking day long till almost 6pm trial and my jury verdict was not guilty.
This adds much weight to my total overall situation vs the state. The case was dismissed with prejudice. They promptly sealed it.
