Ouch! He takes his liberties with the trees. I think he should get permission, even if it is vacant. I've watched this guy before and it is mesmerizing to watch. It is good when it is a homeowner who really needs the help.

Vacant house. No one to give permission. He improved the value of the house and the neighborhood. The trees he cut should never had been allowed to grow. They had no value and were just junking up the yard.
