States need to do things locally & efficiently and in public view. Lobbying should be dissolved.

This thick web of cohorts needs to be eradicated by ushering in term limits w/ a cap on salary pre-decided upon. Ones net worth in office needs accountability, ie insider trading / no more donations for campaigns.

It's all a slimy, money-laundering racquet.
