is a case against 385 persons in Congress + Biden, Harris & Pence.
The people named in the suit voted to certify the 2020 Election.
A group led by Sen Ted Cruz
had asked for a 10-day review to determine
whether the Election had been attacked as an Act of War
by outside forces to affect the outcome.
Congress did not take the 10-days to review.
There is an 1877 case that is the precedent.
Anybody in Government service
swears an oath to protect the Constitution
FROM ALL ENEMIES FOREIGN & DOMESTIC.
The fact that congress certified the vote without VERIFYING
meant they didn’t protect the citizens’ Constitutional Right
to fair representation.
This is a Treasonous act.
THE REMEDY IS
THEY CAN NO LONGER HOLD OFFICE 💥

I think a bunch of them didn't even take the oath for that matter.
Kinda disqualifies them from their positions from day 1.
Illegally certifying the election.
Not sure if that's another or the same crime.
