I did a tablespoon of the seeds, and also put some jalapeno in it, and a few red peppers cause I like it spicy. Only had two cups of sugar so did a half a cup of wildflower honey. Great taste so far.

Loosely following this recipe added some jalapeno and red peppers to step up the heat just a little.
