I think the dude is a charlatan...a swindler. The second he charged people federal reserve notes for paper work that he claims returns to them their sovereignty, i began suspecting him. You don't need a y piece of paper to 'reclaim your life' - just take it back and live it...
Could be. Or he could have acted legitimately but is ignored by 'the system'. At the end of the day, force moves everything. Legal authority is meaningless without the ability to coerce.
He's offering people a new place in the old system. The old system is the problem. This makes the new solution not so new.
