He made reference to LANGUAGE IN THE CURRENT CONGRESSIONAL RECORD, STATING THAT people illegally IN 🇺🇸 who VOTE will NOT be PUNISHED, as long as they "BELIEVED" they had a "RIGHT" to.

SOMEHOW that explains Chinese nationals pushing other nationalities out of the way in queues as Border Patrol agents wearily extend COURTESY to "wolves in sheep's clothing"....
