The drab, droll, colorless existence through which we drag our due is only superseded by the blight of incessant dribble spewed out by mindless and pathetic under instinctual mammals that tread the beaten path ways of evolution. They tear away at my flesh one cell at a time until I have become a shell of my former self. Even so, in with lies the understatement of the twilight of the morn, notwithstanding the vacuum of mindlessness that weighs heavily upon the aft of noon. Burning as though it were an unleashed sun excruciatingly slow and timeless, journeying across the Heavens let to permeate me with its merciless radiation…

Yes, in a way I do. It can be fun. Most of what I have written down came to me in single sentences. I try to write down the thoughts as they come, unfortunately I am usually busy or do not have pencil and paper. I don't have a good short term memory so I lose the thoughts if I don't.
It’s a good practice and gets better with some effort. Your thoughts are in the spiritual realm until you speak or write them in the natural realm.
