had asked for a 10-day review to determine

Congress did not take the 10-days to review.
There is an 1877 case that is the precedent.
Anybody in Government service
swears an oath to protect the Constitution

The BAR (British Accreditation Registry) is not an American system and it was imposed on America to separate Americans from our Natural In-A-Lienable Rights, including the rights to speak, to voice grievances, to make claims & arguments directly in OUR OWN Courts of Law.
