Judge Juan Merchan alerted Trump’s attorneys to a Facebook post by a “cousin” of a Trump juror.

"My cousin is a juror and says Trump is getting convicted. Thank you folks for all your hard work!”

This was posted a week before the verdict, if this is true this very well may cause a mistrial because jurors are not supposed to talk about the verdict until after a verdict is reached
