Great dentist appt this morning, 1st cleaning since making big changes & both the hygienist & dentist couldn't believe how good my teeth & gums were looking. Told them it was carnivore, oil pulling, no seed oils & lactobacilus salivarious capsules. Dentist said "Keep it up!" 😊

This is what I use, bought it on Amazon. After I brush at night I open a capsule and sprinkle it on my tooth brush and gently brush it around in my mouth a few seconds. I don't rinse out my mouth, just let it stay there. It is grainy for a minute or two and then just dissolves. L. Salivarius is a good thing to research, there's a pretty interesting video floating around from a former C👁️A guy about this stuff being a key anti-cancer thing too. Interesting rabbit hole. ;)
