I have been taking 1/8 tsp internally 5 days a week for about 6 months now. No issues at all.
I've ingested borax and brushed my teeth with it. But I haven't been constant in using it. No issues after using it.

I am iffy about ingesting it as well but used some in a bath with Epsom salt and got relief for arthritis pain. I will 100 be doing it again because it helped
