WOW - a holistic nutritionist taught us that zinc and copper must be in balance and to never take copper unless you test low in it. So could you get too much copper and not enough zinc doing this? She was curing ADHD/ADD back in the 70s by reducing copper levels (she herself had high levels and learned this). And - is this the form of copper your body can absorb? (iron pans are the wrong form of iron I was taught - true for copper too?)
