I wonder what that would mean for the likes of me. Born and bred in one country where I lived for 21 years and yet became a citizen of another country where I have lived for thirty years?

I would assume that the country you are a citizen of is where your UBI would be located now as far as people who want to change their citizenship I have no idea how that would work.
