leaders in all CB countries are trained at WEF under the "young leaders" groups. They use these divide tactics to control the population by fighting each other.

It's not a new tactic by any means, it simply has more reach and effectiveness thanks to the Internet.
My observation...
Agreed, old play book and more reach but same time it has more exposure. People see the patterns know as they wake up so it's becoming less effective. IMO
