We've all been lied to about everything, we all have been deceived, but the question or problem is.
Who is willing to see it, admit it, and look for, search, learn, pray for the Truth and change your thinking and take actions to fix it. GREAT AWAKENING
It's not that the Bible is wrong, again it's the teachers, "pastors" etc... They lie, twist, and deceive, the flock "sheep".
It's very easy to understand if you read the Bible start to finish. Disregard what we have been taught our whole lifes, Pray for the Truth and Start at Genesis 1 - Revelation 22.
It's one Book not two.
I would also suggest reading the KJV, Geneva Bible and, or use a concordance to look up the original meaning (not what they say it means) not all the twisted BS Trans-lations, or versions.
The traditional count, i believe, is 66 books down from 88.
Many apochrypha in addition to that.
You are right, and part of the lies is that we were made to believe in our comprehension. Public school only taught us to be just barely functionally literate. If you recall, they also prized "speed reading". Don't gulp your bread, savor it, eat it slowly and you'll taste it. Then will it be digestible
