HUGE breaking news on the Whitmer kidnapping plot...

The 6th Circuit has issued a letter in the Whitmer kidnap appeal strongly suggesting it's open to arguments that out-of-court statements excluded by the district judge as hearsay should have been admitted.

This could lead to a possible retrial for Barry Croft and Adam Fox.

During oral arguments a few weeks ago, it was evident the judges were very skeptical about the judge’s decision to conceal hundreds of texts between FBI handlers and informants from jury. This is not a good sign for DOJ/FBI but a very good one for the targeted men now in supermax prisons.
