😻 Beautiful vid with Juan O Savin
but Dr. Crouley told my favorite story 🇺🇸

48:46 Meri Crouley
I study the history of the moves of God —
President Trump’s great Aunts, Christine & Peggy Smith,
were in the Hebrides in Scotland.
One was so bent over she couldn’t walk. One was blind.
They called the pastor.
They started praying ‘Let’s have a move of God.’
A 15-year old boy, Donald, was there that day.
Nothing happened.
Donald looked up to Heaven & said,
“God, you said you were going to pour out your water
on this dry ground.”
There was a barn 40 yards away & the power of God hit that barn
& within minutes the whole church was filled with young people
crying out to God.
THAT BECAME THE HEBRIDES REVIVAL.
President Trump’s mother named her son after that boy, Donald
& the Bible in the Oval Office was the Hebrides Bible
from his mother from that move of God 🕊

Just a ?
If the revival was in 1949, how did Pres Trump's mother name him AFTER the boy Donald when he was born in 1946?
This is my job as a prof of history - to see the discrepancies in historical statements.
Something isn't correct either with the dates or the story itself.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Excellent point, Cheryl.
NO WAY could President Trump's mother name her son, Donald, born in 1946,
for that boy 'Donald'
from the Hebrides revival of 1949.

But it makes a lovely story
& who knows what other 'Donald'
was in Mary Anne MacLeod's life? 😻🌸

Hi Kat,
It is indeed, a lovely story. There is a video of the Reverand Campbell telling the story, which is powerful and also really beautiful.
My thought about President Trump being named "Donald" -
Sometimes people are divinely inspired, dates don't matter quite as much as how the Spirit moves us.
