There was a funeral CEREMONY at Arlington. I doubt Biden's buried there. Not if he was executed as a traitor at Gitmo.
The funeral ceremony was interpreted as a Presidential inauguration ceremony by the masses, since this whole fake presidency/US Military operation is all about OPTICS.
