... That we love each other by showing the loving kindness of God within us

... Enable us to shut the world out and meditate on the things of God ... Talking to God ... Building our Faith
in a relationship with our Saviour

Change in our Body
... from the inside out ...healing our aches and pains.. our blood flow... head to toe

Change in our Spirit Lord
... In our Nature our Attitude
our Behaviors

Yes Lord we need change
