Mother wounds are coming here.... you are freeing yourself from your own critics... even from the criticisms others have done to you.. changing especially the way you talk to yourself.. recognizing that the life experiences you've had bring you benefits even if they've been difficult in the past. Seeing your past, pain and trauma from a different perspective and using them to generate change not only in your life but also in the lives of others.. making a big impact.
