Pray for the success of the Keefer v Biden federal lawsuit in which PA legislators have challenged executive actions taken by President Biden, Governor Shapiro et al. The plaintiffs argue that these actions usurp their civil rights as state legislators by effectively altering Pennsylvania's election laws via executive orders, edicts, and directives, therefore bypassing the participation of the state legislature – a direct violation the Elections Clause and the Electors Clause of the United States Constitution.

Last month, a Federal Court dismissed the lawsuit for a lack of standing. The legislators have appealed the case to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Given the urgency of resolving this issue prior to the 2024 Election and the pace of the judicial system, the legislators are now asking the U.S. Supreme Court to decide on the issue of standing so the case can proceed on the issues.
