American made chocolate hasn't tasted right for years; doesn't even melt right.
I bought European cocoa; even smells better.

Cheese also -- shredded cheese is coated with something to keep it from sticking together; block is much better, creamier.
Made alfredo sauce w/ some Kroger shredded parmesan and some of the cheese clumped up & wouldn't melt 🤢. 1st time in 40 years I had to throw out alfredo sauce.

oh yeah, i went to block cheese a long time ago.
grass-fed cows make a big difference in milk and butter too. i buy irish butter.
for some dumb reason (so much to think about?) i never suspected chocolate to be this toxic
