After refusing consent, she went on to chide my husband “ARE YOU SURE?! Blood for Life!” I stopped her and asked directly “Where do you obtain blood for the facility’s blood bank?!” ”Red Cross I imagine” she said, and again said ”Blood for Life!” Before my beloved could reply I fiercely replied, “RED CROSS?! Oh HELL NO!!! BLOOD CONTAMINATING LIFE! Don’t want a DAMN thing to do with them or your blood bank. I am universal donor, and he is universal recipient! If there’s a problem during surgery you can open my veins and give him my CLEAN UNVACCINATED BLOOD!” Do not consent to transfusions, especially the Covid-19 plasma.
