If you read Dr Mercolas articles, or Ray Peat's articles, they would both disagree. Pasteurized and homogenized milk is the real problem as it kills the enzymes needed to digest it. Dr Mercola has made a serious adjustment to his diet recommendations recently - and good quality milk is one of his recommended foods.
