Where is it written does the Enemy have to tell us?
They "the enemy" have had many whistle blowers come forward that were DS, Satanist, illuminati etc. They all say the same or similar things regarding bad Carma/responsibility. They believe they absolved of the crimes/offences if you are warned and do nothing about it.
