Thanks. I will read more thoroughly when I can devote some serious time. But why bother with making bills to appropriate funds if it is not held by the Treasury? As Catherine Austin-Fitts points out, there is no need to have a budget deficit since they're printing the money and print as much as they'd like, Similar idea here.

Bottom line is the Cabal gained it's power by deception and by OUR IGNORANCE of what they were doing to us. If we are to be TRULY FREE, we first have to uncover & expose all they did to us, so that we can UNWIND their systems of enslavement forever, and that includes all the foreign-owned "corporations" posing as our government, which includes the IRS, a privately-owned entity of Puerto Rico.
