ANYONE who participates in these auctions of stolen homes (and property in general) from bailiffs should be punished as an accomplice. I know exactly what I'm writing about. Those crooks do not hide it at all and most of them work in the state administration.

They do it by fraudulently creating a debt, even just CZK 5, and handing it over to lawyers who charge several thousand for services for processing, then they quickly hand it over to the agreed executors (with the blessing of the judges) and suddenly CZK 5 becomes a debt that goes into the tens of thousands. I know specific cases with proof.

Very often it happened that no debt existed. Either it was about acquiring a house that someone was interested in even when the house was not for sale (the owner refused to sell the house many times), or it was about getting rid of inconvenient people, for many reasons - the police actively participated in this activity.
I have not only evidence (lots of evidence) but witnesses (lots of witnesses) for both of my claims.
Everyone was involved - judges, lawyers, officials, executors, police, etc.... even the Czech Post, which withheld mailings to the addressee (on order from "them"). At the same time, all of them knowingly violated not only ["their"] laws, but also committed crimes against humanity by violating basic human rights.
They did all this knowingly and even continued their activities despite a warning (including a written one).
